Janine Appleton Ebach

VP Publishing, Curb Word
Janine began as an intern with This Music when it was a brand new start-up by publisher Rusty Gaston  and hit writers Connie Harrington and Tim Nichols. She quickly rose to the rank of Creative Director and helped build the company into one of the most successful on Music Row. She learned how to recognize a great song working with their elite roster of writers that included 3-time ASCAP Country Writer of the Year, Ben Hayslip.

In 2013 when Word Publishing started their Country division, Janine was tapped to lead the division and she scored eleven cuts in the first year.  In 2017 she was officially promoted to VP of Publishing and later served as VP of Curb Word Music Publishing. Throughout her time at WordCountry and Curb Word, she celebrated #1 songs with Brett Young’s Double Platinum Debut single, “Sleep Without You” and platinum single “Here Tonight,”  Jon Pardi’s “Heartache on the Dance Floor,” Jordan Davis’s platinum debut “Singles You Up” and Dustin Lynch’s “Good Girl” along with other singles by Maddie & Tae, Craig Morgan, Filmore, and more.

In January of 2020 she founded Ebach Entertainment, a Multi-Genre company combining Music Publishing, Artist & Writer Management, and Artist Development. They specialize in the growth and development of new artists along with nurturing experienced talent. They are a boutique music company based in Nashville, also operating in Los Angeles.
