VP/A&R, Warner Chappell Music
In July 2014 Ryan Beuschel took on the role of A&R Director for Warner/Chappell Music, the global publishing arm of Warner Music Group, where he assists in the discovery of new talent and the development of songwriters.
He began his career in 2005 as an intern for Universal Music Publishing and was later hired full-time as Catalog Coordinator where he familiarized himself with the extensive repertory of this publishing giant. From there he moved to the label side of Universal where, as A&R Coordinator, he worked with artists signed to the MCA and Mercury labels.
His next position was Associate Director of Membership for ASCAP Nashville where he provided support for developing and established writers. While there co-founded the ASCAP GPS Project, which aids unsigned songwriters in navigating Nashville’s publishing community.
