SARA JOHNSON A graduate of Belmont University, Sara began her career in 2003 answering phones, managing the catalogue and handling licensing for Harlan Howard Songs. With her natural gift for finding good songs and developing young writers, she moved up quickly and within a few years she had worked her way up to the position of Creative director. In 2007 she was hired by Steve Marklin to be the Creative Director of Windswept Pacific. When Bug Music acquired Windswept , she stayed on through the transition. is became the Senior Director of Creative Services for Bug Music, reporting directly to Senior VP of Creative, Roger Murrah. Bug was just bought by BMG Rights management which is run by Dan Huff and Darrell Franklin and Sara will stay with the company after the transition. |
